All orders are despatched via Royal Mail First or Second Class and will require a signature.

If goods are returned to the delivery depot because of non signature and subsequently returned to Fairy Door Store because of non collection, a further delivery cost will be charged for the goods to be re-delivered.
Notification of Damaged Goods
Should you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible by telephone or email.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning an item(s). The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including a note of your name and address. Returns will be refunded on receipt of the goods.
